Integration Architect HR Business Applications (m/f/d)

We are looking for a professional who will take over the technical responsibility for the current TTTech HR Global Tool Landscape, optimize it in the mid-term and support us in the transition from the old legacy HR tooling to the new target Global HR Solution for TTTech group. This involves strategic roadmap planning as well as hands-on involvement with interfaces both with old and new tools.

Your Tasks

• Work as part of the Business Applications Team and cross-functionally with the HR departments globally, you will take responsibility and technical ownership of the TTTech HR Information Systems
• Lead the re-definition and migration-strategy of the HR business application architecture
• Design and develop HR functionalities through customizations, developing interfaces, and integration with related systems
• Coordinate the work of specialists contributing to the design and implementation
• Provide the link between the HR business applications and users
• Communicate the technical foundation, platform, and delivery model in a compelling, creative and easily to understand way for diverse audiences (from technical specialists up to C-level)

Your Profile

• Completed higher education (FH, TU) in a technical field or comparable
• Experience in deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and improving HR Systems and Processes (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems, specifically HR, Orgstructure, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time recording, are a plus to have
• Experience of confidently managing stakeholders and presenting solutions in front of a technical and business audience
• Experience in working in a global environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to work on multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent German and good English knowledge (spoken and written)

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
