Electrical Systems Design Engineer (m/f/d)
In this role, you are responsible for developing innovative electrical solutions across the full product lifecycle, from concept to production.
Your tasks
Translate customer requirements and market needs into technical solutions
Define product requirements, technical specifications and electrical schematics
Develop electrical system architectures and concepts for new products
Design electrical systems including power and control cabinet layouts with PLC integration
Create circuit diagrams using EPLAN software, including bill of materials and technical documentation
Validate concepts and verify designs to ensure regulatory and certification compliance
Build, test and validate prototypes both in-house and at manufacturing sites
Support product launch activities and ensure handover to manufacturing and operations
Your profile
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Proven experience in electrical and/or mechatronic system design
Experience in product development, prototyping and testing
Knowledge of EPLAN for electrical schematics
Good understanding of regulatory and certification requirements
Experience with control cabinet design is an advantage
A self-motivated, responsible, and organized working style with the ability to manage tasks independently
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments, up to 20% of the time
