Own the enterprise ontology architecture and ensure semantic models, knowledge graphs, vocabularies, and related capabilities are consistent, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and the Agentic AI Platform. Define the principles, standards, governance, and integration patterns needed to scale ontology-based knowledge across the organization.

What to expect:

• Define and maintain the target architecture for enterprise ontologies, knowledge graphs, controlled vocabularies, semantic services, and ontology-driven AI capabilities
• Establish the ontology layering model across enterprise, domain, country, and use case levels, including ownership, inheritance, extension, localization, and reuse principles
• Define standards for semantic modelling, classifications, relationships, constraints, naming, versioning, validation, provenance, and lifecycle management
• Drive the integration of ontologies and knowledge graphs with the Agentic AI Platform, including GraphRAG, Vector RAG, agent runtime, MCP tools, memory, and source-system access
• Define patterns that combine semantic context with documents, operational and analytical data, process context, and agent runtime state
• Review ontology designs, semantic integration concepts, graph models, and domain or country extensions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Identify reusable concepts and semantic patterns while ensuring standardization only where cross-domain or cross-country reuse provides value
• Maintain reference architectures, implementation guidance, architecture decisions, non-functional requirements, and technology assessments for ontology and graph capabilities

What we expect:

• Proven experience in enterprise, information, data, or semantic architecture within complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in ontology engineering, knowledge graphs, semantic modelling, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and enterprise information models
• Strong knowledge of RDF, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL, validation, provenance, and related semantic standards
• Experience designing layered and federated architecture models across enterprise, domain, country, and use case levels
• Strong understanding of ontologies, data models, source-system models, physical schemas, and graph-based representations
• Knowledge of GraphRAG, semantic retrieval, entity linking, structured reasoning, LLM grounding, and Agentic AI architectures
• Experience with APIs, event-driven integration, data platforms, distributed systems, and semantic services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in insurance or other regulated industries considered an advantage
