The position
As for now we are searching for a Digital Content Designer and Developer. In this role, you'll combine creativity and technology to design and manage dynamic content that enhances learning and communication for Medicine teams globally. Tasks & responsibilities
- Create high-quality multimedia learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive assets that enhance learning effectiveness and knowledge sharing.
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital content for websites, SharePoint, LMS, LXP, and other digital platforms to support global learning and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure content meets business objectives, quality standards, and user needs.
- Promote and implement best practices in content design, user experience, accessibility, and usability to improve the effectiveness of digital learning solutions.
- Manage digital content projects from concept through delivery, including vendor coordination and outsourcing activities, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Web Development, Communications, Learning Technologies, or a related field, combined with a strong understanding of digital content creation and online learning environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing and developing digital learning interventions, including e-learning modules, blended learning formats, interactive learning experiences, and supporting communication materials that drive engagement and knowledge retention.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other e-learning authoring tools, combined with strong skills in designing learning interventions from initial concept through final delivery; AI-powered content creation tools such as Synthesia and HeyGen, as well as LMS and LXP platforms is an advantage.
- Creative, innovative, and user-focused mindset with a passion for designing impactful digital experiences and developing modern learning solutions that drive engagement and knowledge retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional Agile teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating outstanding written and spoken English proficiency.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 71.300 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
