Join us as a CRM-Developer and help shape the future of our CRM and digital business landscape. Working closely with Sales, IT, Marketing, E-Commerce and our global sales teams, you will design and implement innovative solutions, integrate Salesforce with ERP and other business systems, and help turn business requirements into scalable, user-focused applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of the development and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce platform, supporting key business processes across the organization. From analyzing business needs and driving system integrations to developing custom Salesforce solutions and implementing best practices, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient, reliable, and future-ready digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology enthusiast who enjoys combining technical expertise with business understanding to create solutions that deliver real impact across the organization. Working in a collaborative international environment, you will contribute to strategic projects, drive innovation, and help optimize the way teams connect, collaborate, and serve customers.

PROFILE

• Several years experience in CRM development - ideally with the Salesforce platform
• Academic degree with computer science/information systems or equivalent
• Experience in technical design of CRM systems / ERP integrations
• Skills in programming with APEX and APIs
• Salesforce certifications desirable
• German and English languages
