Collateral Manager (f/m/x) - 20-30h/week

Group Collateral Management and HO Credit Control (GCMCC) is responsible for collateral valuation and credit control. We support our Network Units across all topics related to collateral valuation and management, working in self-responsible clusters by business/collateral type.
We are looking for a part-time Collateral Manager (20-30h/week) to support our team in valuing collateral, especially movable assets. You will prepare and review appraisals, develop asset value curves, and analyze recoveries from foreclosures.

Your mission at RBI:

  • Assess the value of collaterals, with a focus on movable assets
  • Review and approve appraisals from our Network-Units
  • Define and review asset value curves
  • Analyze recoveries as basis for asset value curves and discounts
  • Close cooperation and alignment with our stakeholders (asset- and collateral-managers in network units, product-, account- and risk-managers)
  • Support and guide our NWUs collateral-/asset-managers

Your core competencies:

  • Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or comparable practical experience
  • Experience in collateral/asset valuation; ideally in preparing or reviewing appraisals (movable assets is a plus)
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm in working with data and in using Excel and Spreadsheets for statistical analysis
  • Ability and eagerness to screen market platforms for movable assets
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise summaries and recommendations
  • Analytic, pragmatic and solution/result-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (B2+) to communicate within the team; knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage
