Your Tasks
- Collaborate closely with data teams; design maintainable GenAI products for departments and companies across the Group
- Design, build, and operate LLM-based solutions such as RAG applications, copilots/assistants, agentic workflows, and fine-tuned models
- Establish end-to-end LLMOps incl. prompt/model versioning, evaluation, testing, deployment, monitoring, guardrails, and feedback loops
- Work with Databricks, model APIs, vector search/vector databases, and data pipelines to integrate GenAI capabilities into business processes
- Contribute reusable components, standards, and documentation for group-wide GenAI use cases
- Ensure security, governance, quality, latency, and cost-efficiency of productive GenAI solutions

Your Profile
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong skills in Python and practical experience building LLM appl. (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, tool use/function calling)
- Experience with Databricks and/or Azure-based LLM services, vector search, APIs, and deploying GenAI solutions into production
- LLMOps mindset: versioning, automated testing, observability, prompt/model evaluation, and guardrails
- Good understanding of data pipelines, security, governance, and responsible AI considerations
- Excellent communication & teamwork, independent and solution-oriented working style, very good English; German is a plus
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,668.49 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
