What to do:

• Design, develop, test and improve ETL code and workflows for our data warehouse
• Ensure the performance, scalability and security of the Oracle environment
• Analyze development tasks, propose solutions and drive architectural decisions
• Lead and communicate effectively with business colleagues and stakeholders
• Develop and implement a unified data architecture that aligns with enterprise architecture standards

You check these boxes:

• Extensive knowledge of database design, particularly data warehouse concepts (Big Data, OLAP cubes)
• Significant experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, as well as either Python or Java is a necessity
• Proactive and assertive mindset in tackling business issues
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Proficient in English, fluency in German is an advantage
