We are looking for a Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Group Supply Chain Management in Raaba.

As an interface between procurement and the Divisions you are responsible for managing the procurement process and the best possible achievement of the total cost position of materials and services in defined customer projects.

Your Tasks

  • Development of the project procurement plan together with Sales and the Divisional Procurement organization
  • Strategic alignment with the internal stakeholders to develop regional supplier- and category strategies
  • Lead of project relevant procurement activities in close cooperation with the Business Units, Divisions and Locations
  • Continuous monitoring of the project procurement plans in coordination with the respective procurement organization
  • Development of global project procurement plans (Business areas, Divisions, Regions, …)
  • Active support in claim management for the locations
  • Development of potential new suppliers jointly with the Divisional Procurement Organization
  • Control and analyze the supply chain to identify potential improvements to optimize the product, process and service costs
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers in regard to costs and terms and conditions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master in engineering or commercial studies
  • At least 5 to 10 years working experience in Procurement, Sales or Project Management
  • Commercial background and profound negotiation skills
  • Know How in contract law
  • Good social, communicative and organizational skills
  • Excellent English in word and writing
  • Traveling up to 30%

We are legally obligated to quote the collective agreement minimum salary of gross EUR 3,542.60/ month for 38.5 hours for this position. However, we offer in any case a payment in line with the market depending on qualifications and professional experience!
