Now we are searching for an International Marketing Professional to lead and manage one of our growing global brands' development, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
As Global Brand Manager you will be responsible to achieve volume growth targets for several categories by development and implementation of strategic brand plans, brand positioning, consumer insights and creative execution as well as guiding local marketing managers by deeply understanding different market dynamics. You will put emphasis on best practice exchange between end markets in order to create synergies. Strategic leadership combined with the interpersonal skills to get things done in a dynamic environment across a matrix organization will enable you to meet targets regarding brand volume and market share, successfully implement brand milestones on an annual basis as well as lead successfully all aspects of product innovation. Your specific duties contain the management of a wide range of consumer research activities across markets, deep understanding of market dynamics, recommendations to optimize consumer marketing investment and training of regional marketing colleagues on consumer-based brand strategy. Furthermore you will maintain strong relationships with country brand teams and other functional key stakeholders, manage agency relationships, analyze and implement pricing strategies, lead the product portfolio expansion and develop innovative methods of targeting and communicating with consumers focusing on trade marketing and alternative channels.

Your career profile is determined by a sound university marketing background and brand management experience within international FMCG companies incl. brand budget responsibility as well as P&L understanding. Your personality combines strong commercial experience with focus on marketing programs, portfolio management background with proven success at launching new products as well as excellent financial skills, experience in working with multiple external agency partners and the ability to develop, plan and "sell" marketing strategies to all levels of an organization. You understand success as a team effort, like to be on the road (travel intensity up to 50%) and excel thanks to your high self-motivation, independent working style, strategic thinking skills and your ability to simplify and communicate down to a tactical level. Excellent English proficiency is a must, every other language a plus.
