CRM Manager (f/m/d)

with relevant work experience

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team! As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing and execution of the overall CRM strategy for our German sports betting and casino platform across many different communication channels. You will also be responsible for managing that strategy and ensuring that the business goals are met.

You will be part of a young, motivated, multicultural team, working with the latest marketing technology in collaboration with other teams across the company.

YOUR TASKS

• Drive strategy and execution across all our customer communications channels (including email, on-site, push notifications and social media) to increase CLV.
• Develop, set up and monitor complex CRM journeys and automations with content, designed to drive conversion, engagement and churn prevention.
• Execute key operational tasks, from creative briefs to user segmentation, A/B testing, QA and campaign deployment.
• Work closely with our Brand-, Acquisition-, Casino- and Product Managers to ensure that CRM measures fit into the overall online strategy.
• Stay on top of campaign channel deliverability and other campaign issues as they arise.
• Manage our customer base and take responsibility for customer base KPI.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience managing CRM, customer analytics and user segmentation preferable
• Experience using Retention Marketing Automation systems like Optimove or similar beneficial
• Experience working across multiple team members
• Solid understanding of campaign fundamentals (deliverability, A/B split testing, etc.) and KPIs
• Data-driven decision maker with an ability to prioritize time and resources based on business impact
• Experience with analytics, targeting, segmentation and reporting
• Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English, any other European language beneficial
