We are looking for a proactive & service-oriented personality to join the team and support the COO & CSO in business-related organisational and administrative daily agendas at the headquarters in Wiener Neudorf.

Assistant to COO/CSO VorstandsassistentIn (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Reception and guest hospitality
  • Preparation & organisation of meetings and appointments
  • Travel organisation and preparation/draft of travel expense reports
  • Tracking timelines and monitoring the adherence of deadlines
  • Recording/monitoring all the direct report's holidays/absences
  • Point of contact for all tasks related to the manager
  • Draft communication to staff & putting given information in the right format
  • Email & daily correspondence
  • Administration of documents & postal administration
  • Support and work on group projects, whenever time allows

Your profile:

  • Several years of relevant experience, ideally in a comparable position in an international company/multicultural
  • environment
  • Proactive, dynamic & service-oriented hands-on personality with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, high flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Structured and precise way of working
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision/high degree of independence
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
