Join our Business Transformation team and work together with our HR colleagues to implement a new HR information system and support our business operation team.

In this role, you will:

  • General office management and assistance in day-to-day administrative work
  • Support the recruiting and the on- and offboarding processes
  • Manage the personnel files and ongoing personnel administration
  • Work on the implementation of ZOHO People an integrated HR platform
  • Perform preparatory activities for external payroll accounting
  • Support creation of job advertisements and placing them on various platforms
  • Support in the organization of business trips including travel and expense accounting
  • Support sales administration

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Word and Excel)
  • Outstanding communication skills and service orientation
  • Reliable, accurate and structured way of working
  • Technical acumen
  • Austrian employment law knowledge is an advantage

Educational Requirements & Experience

  • Completed business administration training or related work experience, ideally in human resources + 1-3 years of experience in an associated role


  • Fluent German and English language skills are required (B2-Level or higher)
  • Hungarian language is considered an advantage


Your place of work is our headquarters in 1100 Wien, Wienerbergstrasse 11A/15.

Additional Information

The minimum remuneration for this position is a collective agreement of EUR 1,700.00 gross per month on the basis of 38.50 hours per week. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience.
