We're hiring:

Office - HR Assistant

Full-Time · Graz, Austria

Your Job

  • Provide administrative support: including scheduling and coordination of meetings, handling correspondence and routine office work
  • Responsible for overseeing the facilities in day-today operations
  • Review and prepare expense reports and invoices for payment
  • Help manage the complete HR cycle with focus on Recruiting
  • Coordinate communication with job candidates, schedule and conduct interviews
  • Manage HR projects independently (events, training, surveys, etc.)
  • Operational and strategic HR Management
  • Assist and support other departments as needed

Your Background

  • Completed education with a focus on economics
  • Work Experience in an HR or Recruiting role, ideally in an IT environment or Start-Up
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and German is essential
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

For this position we offer an annual gross salary starting with 30.000 EUR. Depending on your experience, qualification and education, overpayment is possible.
