IT:U is a new technical university in Austria (Linz) dedicated to digital transformation, driven by interdisciplinary research and project-based learning to actively shape this transformation and advance it with a solution-oriented approach.

Join us as a Process Analyst (f/m/d)*

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and intelligent workflow improvements

  • Design and map business processes in collaboration with Product and Business Analysts, focusing on workflow optimization and automation opportunities

  • Be the champion and expert for SAP Signavio BPM tooling to assist in the transformation of traditional ways of process design

  • Work in an agile environment, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development

  • Assess business process performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights

  • Support project and change initiatives through process analysis, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination

  • Develop documentation that supports business processes and project delivery

  • Collaborate with academic staff and technology teams to incorporate stakeholder and student feedback into continuous improvement initiatives

Your strengths and skills:

  • A degree in Business Informatics or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in process modelling and optimization

  • Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 and in larger digital transformation initiatives (e.g. IT or change projects)

  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or a similar tool)

  • Understanding of systems and integration awareness

  • English skills on minimum level C1 (German skills are an asset)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal and active listening skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders; a highly organized, structured, proactive, and curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn to use new technology solutions
