IT:U is a new technical university in Austria (Linz) dedicated to digital transformation, driven by interdisciplinary research and project-based learning to actively shape this transformation and advance it with a solution-oriented approach.
Join us as a Process Analyst (f/m/d)*
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and intelligent workflow improvements
Design and map business processes in collaboration with Product and Business Analysts, focusing on workflow optimization and automation opportunities
Be the champion and expert for SAP Signavio BPM tooling to assist in the transformation of traditional ways of process design
Work in an agile environment, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development
Assess business process performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
Support project and change initiatives through process analysis, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination
Develop documentation that supports business processes and project delivery
Collaborate with academic staff and technology teams to incorporate stakeholder and student feedback into continuous improvement initiatives
Your strengths and skills:
A degree in Business Informatics or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in process modelling and optimization
Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 and in larger digital transformation initiatives (e.g. IT or change projects)
Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or a similar tool)
Understanding of systems and integration awareness
English skills on minimum level C1 (German skills are an asset)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal and active listening skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders; a highly organized, structured, proactive, and curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn to use new technology solutions
