Unsere Mitarbeitenden im Wareneingang und Versand sichern den reibungslosen Materialfluss – von der Prüfung der Frachtpapiere und Wareneingangsprüfung nach Prüfplan einschließlich Freigabe prüfpflichtiger Teile bis zur sicheren Einlagerung und Stammdatenpflege in SAP. Sie bearbeiten Abweichungen gemeinsam mit dem Qualitätsmanagement, verpacken transportsicher, melden Sendungen bei Paketdienst und Spedition an und sorgen mittels Scannerbuchungen und Inventuren für die termingerechte Auslieferung.

Job

Wareneingang / Wareneingangsprüfung:

  • Entgegennahme der Ware mit Prüfung der Frachtpapiere

  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen gemäß Prüfplan

  • Handling der prüfpflichtigen Teile bis zur Freigabe

  • Einleitung von erforderlichen Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen

  • Erstellung von Lieferantenabweichungen

  • Reklamationsabwicklung mit dem Qualitätsmanagement

  • Einlagerung der Waren am Lagerplatz

  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (SAP)

  • Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen/Inventur

Versand:

  • Abarbeitung der Lieferungen mittels Scanner & Verbuchung in SAP

  • Vorbereitung der Produkte für den Versand

  • Transportsichere Verpackung der Lieferungen & Anmeldung dieser bei Paketdienst & Spedition

Skills

  • Erfahrungen in der Wareneingangsprüfung und im Versand

  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-System (SAP)

  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
