Join our Media Channels Team as a Programming Operations Manager for Red Bull TV at our Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
You'll lead publishing and programming operations for Red Bull TV, owning how content is structured, surfaced, and experienced on the platform. You'll drive discoverability, optimize workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and engaging viewer experiences worldwide.
You'll own day to day publishing workflows across all Red Bull TV platforms, ensuring timely and high quality content releases. You'll work closely with the Red Bull TV Content team and support local markets with publishing and localisation, while acting as the main point of contact for all publishing related topics and issues.
You'll execute curation, featuring, and content placement across the platform while managing content lifecycle, rotations, and overall presentation. You'll ensure strong discoverability through structured placement and taxonomy, and drive promotions across in app, push notifications, and direct to consumer channels.
You'll improve workflows, standards, and scalability across Red Bull TV operations while ensuring clear alignment and communication around publishing and platform updates. You'll drive efficient processes that minimize manual effort and enable teams to work faster and smarter.
You'll manage day to day communication with project teams to plan and optimize release schedules, using insights to continuously improve performance. You'll coordinate external partners and agency resources, while ensuring strong alignment across teams and markets on tools and workflows. You'll lead new projects from the input phase through to kickoff with technical teams, making sure all stakeholder needs are captured. You'll also drive a best in industry user experience, ensuring the platform consistently meets and exceeds consumer expectations.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.879 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
