In this role, you will drive business analytics and continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain Planning. You will analyze planning processes, develop models to support strategic decision-making, and help implement improved planning methods and best practices. The role also focuses on strengthening planning capabilities across the organization by identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting upskilling initiatives within the team.
You will develop operational and financial models to evaluate Supply Chain Planning scenarios and support data-driven decision-making. This includes analyzing the impact of different volume assumptions, changes in flows or route-to-market strategies, product allocations, and stock target policies. You will provide analytical insights into planning processes, supporting S&OP and S&OE activities and identifying potential bottlenecks or improvement opportunities across planning functions.
You will document current planning processes and practices at the required level of detail to ensure transparency, smooth onboarding, and continuity of operations. Additionally, you will support business process redesign initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative planning methods aimed at improving productivity, operational efficiency, and cost performance across the supply chain.
You will ensure that Supply Chain Planning KPIs are accurately defined, maintained, and updated at the required frequency. By monitoring performance metrics and reporting insights, you will support the organization in tracking planning performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your analyses will provide stakeholders with clear summaries and actionable insights to guide decision-making.
You will ensure alignment and synchronization across the different elements of Supply Chain Planning. This includes coordinating planning assumptions, parameters, and data handovers between planning functions to maintain consistency and ensure that planning outputs are aligned across systems, teams, and processes.
You will ensure that planning master data is accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained across different planning systems and tools. In addition, you will analyze data quality and develop recommendations to address potential inconsistencies or structural data issues that may impact planning accuracy and performance.
You will support the development of planning capabilities across the organization by mapping current competencies and identifying capability gaps. In close collaboration with the leadership team, you will help develop initiatives to strengthen planning expertise and support the team in reaching best-in-class Supply Chain Planning standards.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
