Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Identify & manage long-term changes driven by supply side (production sites, lines, processes or plasma origin), demand side (new countries, business types), and product lifecycle like new formats, phase-in/phase-out or medical devices
- Assess implications of these long-term changes and develop clear action plans
- Act as the single point of contact within Supply Chain for the lifecycle coordination and cooperate with Sales & Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Production and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth planning and effective transition into execution
- Monitor roadmap for product lifecycle projects, provide status and escalate risk or delays to relevant stakeholders
- Gather, investigate, and analyze information to support decision-making (supply continuity, cost impact, supplier data etc.)
- Serve as the process owner for lifecycle coordination, defining roles, responsibilities and governance standards
- Integrate product lifecycle topics into the group's monthly Sales & Operations Planning process
Your expertise and ideal skill set
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning or Product Lifecycle Management
- International experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical area
- Fluent skills in Business English (oral+written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power point, any knowledge on automation application is a plus
- Experience in Project management and SAP is desired, knowledge in advanced planning tool like Kinaxis is a plus
- Organizational agility, analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and solve problems

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
