For our international marketing team we are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for the role of Performance Marketing Manager.

Your areas of responsibility

• Lead, develop and implement growth strategies and projects
• Create, implement and manage multiple user acquisition experiments & channels
• Streamline and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels on different channels
• Develop and work on an effective and disruptive communication strategies
• Work with all available data sources to analyze and implement ways on maximizing potential of of both organic and paid channels to deliver highest ROI

Your profile

• Working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and willingness to go the extra mile
• Always up to date with the latest new online marketing trends and are how to master the details of performance management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
• Absolute expert in performance marketing KPIs and proficient skills with state of the art AI tools
• Positive, proactive sentiment, dynamic environments push you to your highest performance
• Ability to work independently and responsibly with a strong analytical and quantitative mindset

• Salary(FT): The salary for this position is EUR 50.000 gross per year. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
• Location: Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
