Channel Business Development (m/f)

(Vienna; Full-time)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a strong network of PV installers and professional partners
• Identify and onboard new partners in both the residential and C&I segments
• Support and manage existing partners with technical and commercial topics
• Organize and lead workshops, trainings, and roadshows to enhance partner engagement
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Implement business development strategies to achieve sales and market share targets
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams

Requirements:

• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management within the solar industry
• Strong knowledge of inverters, BESS, and PV system applications
• Good communication skill, team work spirit and strong work responsibility;
• Fluent in German and English
