Your tasks

• Execution of ongoing personnel administration (preparation of employment contracts, all supplementary agreements, certificate and documentation management, registration and deregistration)
• Preparation of monthly payrolls as well as intersection to the external payroll accounting system
• Collaboration in the management of the annual salary adjustment rounds as well as calculation of bonus payments.
• Collaboration on current HR-relevant projects and processes around Compensation & Benefits as well as their optimization and enhancement
• Contact person for inquiries regarding labor law or salary issues
• Processing and reporting of prior notices and executions
• Preparation of statistics and reports
• General personnel administration (data maintenance, digital time recording, correspondence, etc.)

What you bring to the table

• University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
• Several years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in the financial sector
• Fluent in both German and English besides Turkish is a plus
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Sound knowledge of labor law
• Independent, proactive and reliable way of working
• Team player, communicative and trustworthy personality with a hands-on mentality
