Job description

You are a smart, highly organized individual who loves administrative and organizational tasks.

You are passionate about structure, support, and would love to help build a strong internal culture. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into an HR career over time.

You will support our team in all administrative functions, help organize internal events, assist HR processes, and be a reliable anchor for organizational needs.

You will take ownership of small projects and work closely with a friendly, supportive team. We are a motivated group of people who value openness, teamwork, and growth. Main responsibilities

  • Organization of team building events and internal activities
  • Support with HR administrative tasks (e.g., documentation, onboarding, recruitment support)
  • Basic support for preparatory bookkeeping
  • Travel planning and arrangements
  • Office organization (supplies, orders, facilities coordination)
  • Helping with preparation of documents, reports
  • Supporting internal communication across teams
  • Maintaining employee records and organizing digital filing systems

Requirements

  • Very strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude
  • Detail-oriented and structured way of working
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
  • Quick learner with willingness to work with HR system (Personio)
  • Event planning and coordination skills

Experience

Ideally 1–2 years of experience in administration, office management, HR support, or similar roles

The actual salary amounts to 2,200 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year.
