UpNano is a young, successful high-tech company that specializes in the development, production and commercialization of ultra-high resolution 3D printing. As our team is growing, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to support the employees, and team leads in all HR-related matters from personnel development to labor law topics. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated:
Your Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include developing an employee growth plan as well as compensation and benefits plan together with the employees and management
- You manage the entire local recruiting process from job posting, candidate screening, organizing interviews to onboarding in coordination with the line managers
- You act as a contact person for all labor law topics
- You are responsible for preparing payroll together with accounting
- You advise managers and employees on all HR-related issues and serve as their trusted contact
We look for
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a comparable qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in operational HR management
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Austrian labor law
- Experience with “Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe Angestellte“ is a plus
- Native-level German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- A trustworthy personality with high empathy, social competence, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 3,800 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
