AdTech & Digital Analytics Expert (f/m/d) @ Group Market & Sales Center of Excellence

Following A1 Group strategy, the area of Marketing & Sales Excellence is responsible to accelerate Operational Companies' (OpCo) commercial performance in B2C by bringing & driving Innovation and Transformation to become a fully customer centric company in marketing & sales.

We accelerate commercial performance of the Opcos with

  • Information and transformation know how
  • Data and innovation made executable
  • Support OpCos in special topics on demand to accelerate in defined areas (sales, go2market strategies, churn reduction, etc.)

Our strategies create revenue and a solid base for future growth (NPS + digital affinity) for the operations. Proliferation of innovative approaches along the customer lifetime journey while offering to every customer a well-designed, personalized, and seamless end to end experience will drive OpCo commercial success.

Job Purpose

One of the promises of the Market & Sales Center of Excellence team is to drive significant uplift in customer & business value by engaging with customers at the right time via the right channel and with the right content. To deliver on this promise, we have created a set of tools, processes, education programmes and a community, to help our OpCos deliver the marketing automation capabilities fast and efficient. In order to accelerate our efforts in the marketing automation and programmatic advertising capabilities, we are looking for a digitally minded AdTech & digital analytics expert, to work with us in a diverse, agile and international team and community.

What you do

  • You are part of the Market & Sales Center of Excellence team to design and rollout the implementation of the AdTech & digital analytics tools for our 7 markets in CEE (e.g. Google Analytics, Google DV360, Google Ads, AdServers, Ad-IDs) in combination with MarTech platforms like Bloomreach and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • You develop and implement strategies for omnichannel conversion tracking.
  • You optimize tracking mechanisms to improve data accuracy for conversion, retargeting, and attribution purposes.
  • You collaborate with marketing teams to ensure proper setup and validation of conversion events.
  • You work closely with data analysts to map out data requirements and ensure proper data collection for reporting and analysis.
  • You provide support for advertising campaigning systems to enhance performance and reporting.
  • You assist in setting up and managing campaigns to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
  • You work with campaign managers to troubleshoot and resolve any tracking issues.
  • You guide the OpCo teams and work with them hands-on on the acceleration of implementation of digital campaigns and personalized journeys.
  • You create and give guidance how-to-create audience lists and segments.
  • You act as internal consultant in the area of programmatic marketing, advertising data & AdTech with the target to accelerate OpCos utilization of this technology.
  • You are constantly screening and monitoring trends and evolutions in programmatic advertising area and you are able to share this knowledge with different target groups like stakeholders, business and technology related team members.
  • You develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies and initiatives to enhance market and sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You constantly identify areas within the customer journey where programmatic advertising and AdTech can help to achieve a maximum output.

What you offer

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AdTech & digital analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Informatics in combination with marketing & sales or a related field. A graduate degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Bloomreach Analytics) and ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Platforms)
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Matomo)
  • Understanding of data flows, data mapping, and data integration processes
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, AdTech (DSPs, SSPs, Ad-IDs) and programmatic media buying
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing techniques and curiosity for new ones
  • Advanced knowledge/experience in the areas of Marketing & Sales Automation and the implementation of technical solutions (Bloomreach, Adobe, Redpoint, Novatiq, Utiq, Salesforce, Deselect, etc.)
  • Familiar with newer topics like Data Clean Rooms or Data Collaboration Platforms
  • Experience with the impact of Zero-, First- and Third-party cookies on both Business and IT
  • Eagerness to drive the transformation of the fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in communication in all levels/areas of the organization

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 55.500,-.
The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
