Marketing Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

Content Marketing & Marketing Planning

  • Develop marketing plan for countries under your remit, in close coordination with local sales and service teams and regional and global marketing
  • Marketing mix planning (65% digital: Google & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Organic & Paid, 3rd Party Ads, Email and 35% analog: Telemarketing, Events and Customer Relations)
  • Data-based reporting based on HubSpot and Salesforce marketing and CRM tools
  • Management of external agencies (e.g. telemarketing)
  • Responsibility for the local marketing budget

Ihr Profil

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, journalism & communication science or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the broader field of marketing, communications, branding with experience in content & storytelling, customer journey & lead management, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Profound user knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office required
  • You live in Europe and can be regularly present at our location in Vienna, Austria (max. 30 days/year)
  • High level of self-motivation, self-organization paired with a goal and results-oriented approach
  • Curious, team-oriented and empathic
  • English - at C1 or C2 level, German - at C1 or C2 level, or mother-language
