Web Application Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a Full Stack Developer

As a member of our innovative IT team, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and backend developers in the UI Team on new and groundbreaking products and solutions in the domain of Earth Observations and SatCom.

• Design user-friendly interfaces with a focus on responsiveness and usability with our customers
• Development of web applications with a special focus on interactive maps and data mining
• Optimizations for the smooth operation of our solutions in the space sector

Your strengths & competences

You are passionate about innovative data analysis methods and IT technologies and enjoy developing solutions for the major environmental challenges of our time.

• Completed STEM studies (Bachelor/Master) or talented lateral entrant
• Proficiency in a web framework such as Vue.js, React or Angular
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Experience with data structures and databases (SQL) and analytical algorithms
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
• Analytical skills, agile mindset, independence and hands-on mentality
• First experience with interactive map viewers (Leaflet/OpenLayers)
