Nordic Senior Coverage Banker - Large Corporates (f/m/d)

What you can expect from us

  • Plan and execute business opportunities with the existing and new client base across advisory, capital markets, lending and other banking products
  • Acquisition of new Swedish Corporates clients in order to drive UniCredit's position in Sweden
  • In charge of Large Corporates portfolio, in terms of a comprehensive, active and high quality coverage approach in order to establish UniCredit as First Call Bank
  • Main contact person for key decision makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Treasury, Head of M&A and owners) to foster strategic client relationships
  • Responsibility for the overall client relationship from both profitability and risk point of view (high complexity profile)
  • Managing various aspects of client relations and ensuring a professional and state of the art relationship, involving and coordinating with product specialists by fostering corporate and investment banking solutions (M&A advisory, markets and risk solution, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, as well as global transaction banking products such as tailor - made cash management solutions or trade finance) as well as coordination of UniCredit Network (coordination of local relationship managers)

What we expect from you

  • 12+ years of proven track record as relationship manager for multinational corporate clients, thereof at least 5 years for Swedish corporate clients
  • Access to C-level decision makers of large corporates in the Nordics ideally Sweden
  • Experience in large capital markets and/or M&A transactions
  • Excellent command of English, knowledge of a Nordic, ideally Swedish language and German language is an advantage
  • Assertive, driven and committed personality, with proven track record in sales as well as complex internal and external stakeholder management
  • Team player, able to lead and motivate deal-team members
