The Sales- & Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for proactively managing existing B2B clients. KAM acts as the first point of contact at Greentube for designated clients and is representing Greentube's interests within the industry. The Sales- & Key Account Manager is furthermore responsible for qualifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the company.

YOUR TASKS

Sales Management

  • Gather market specific knowledge and identify new sales opportunities
  • Plan/estimate revenues for assigned clients via the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with line manager
  • Take overall ownership of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation and maintenance)
  • Build and develop new strategic business relationships with main online casino operators through sales, supply chain and product management

Key Account Management

  • Take ownership of all relevant customer relations on behalf of Greentube and be the key contact for Greentube's B2B customers
  • Drive regular engagement with customers and business partners to surface key insights and influence sales as well as product placement strategies
  • Manage and nurture strategically targeted business relationships with established and new customers with the objective of maximizing synergetic profit

Operational Responsibilities & Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate between all relevant stakeholders within the B2B lifecycle (Legal, Accounting, Games Integration, Technical Account Management Product and Marketing)
  • Coordinate the overall sales strategy and product launches together with Greentube's Italian subsidiary and distributor Capecod
  • Ensure sales documentation via Greentube's CRM tool and documentation as outlined in the operational workflow
  • Monitor ongoing business and opportunities and provide regular reporting to line manager

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed Studies (Sales, Economics or comparable)
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the gaming industry
  • You are located in Italy
  • Strong written verbal communication skills (English, Italian and Spanish)
  • Demonstrable sales and / or CRM experience with B2B focus
  • Experience of managing major international accounts
  • Independent and customer orientated work style
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable with delivering at pace and working in a commercial environment
