Rental Sales Assistant

Vienna International Airport, full time employment, immediate start

Place of work: Austria, Vienna Airport

Working hours: Full-time employment (40 hours a week)

Our company is a multinational car rental company affiliated with an International Franchise network. Our team is constantly expanding, and we are looking for a staff member with or without experience to work in our offices in Vienna International Airport, as a Rental Sales Agent.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Fluent English AND German language
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Driving license B
• Nice and enthusiastic personality, empathy, problem-solving, gentleness, accuracy, reliability, excellent customer care skills with strong communication abilities
• High school diploma (secondary school)

Main tasks:

Rental contracts administration, advising clients about rental conditions and available services, data management in IT-system, payment administration. Car logistics and damages administration.

• Registered net 1.600 Euro/month (= gross 2.082 Euro/month) salary plus 13th and 14th-month salaries + Bonus
