In this role, you'll be responsible for proposing and executing the CRM campaigns for our popular sports brand - bwin. You'll be writing copy, creating striking images featuring your favorite European clubs, building landing pages, creating target groups and sending communications to customers about Sports, Casino and Poker every single week.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and execute customer behavior-based CRM campaigns and promotions.
• Create exciting customer communications: Web, E-Mail, SMS, Direct Mail, Outbound, Push, Retargeting
• Develop, monitor, evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
• Constant review of communications to ensure alignment across Sports & Casino teams
• Cross functional team collaboration and stakeholder management (e.g. work closely with trading, BI & analytics, VIP, creative teams etc.)

What need from you:

• Strong analytical skills and process orientation
• Degree in Marketing or Business Management
• Nature of the work requires deep understanding of CRM promotions and tool mechanics, creative thinking to generate concepts, and analytical thinking to assess and optimise activities to drive commercial impact
• German at native speaker level, strong written and spoken English language skills
