Part of the International Brand Marketing Team the Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager is in charge of setting up modelling capabilities and advanced analytics including Marketing Mix Modelling covering all marketing data from across the Red Bull Mix.

The position plays a key part in integrating data and turning insights into actions, starting with spearheading the future Statistical Modelling Agenda, develop statistical modelling capabilities in-house and to identify areas of opportunity. The position will be based in Red Bull Headquarter in Fuschl am See / Austria.

LEAD DATA MODELLING INITIATIVES

In this role, we'll trust you with leading innovative data modelling initiatives. You'll be responsible for our company's capabilities to understand, extract, clean and integrate data from a range of systems. You'll focus on Marketing Mix Modelling, research and develop techniques in this field enabling strategic decision making across multiple Global markets. To do this successfully you'll work need to Project Manage multiple analyses taking place concurrently across the year.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

As part of our team, you'll support all stakeholder model building needs, & build predictive modelling data infrastructure, present and prove model value through testing and statistical validation. You'll take over working with Corporate BI teams on enterprise data as well as the different marketing teams to build an integrated picture of the Red Bull business to faster right decision-making. In addition, you'll work on analytic automation, working with cloud computing, to enable faster insights & easier repeatability.

PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF DATA

You'll train existing talent for specific data science & analytics all while identifying areas of opportunity. This means, you'll actively research new techniques and best practices within the industry.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years' experience, including Data Science experience in the field of Retail /consumer goods data and Marketing Mix Modelling
  • Experience in using either commercial statistical software packages, e.g. R, Python etc.
  • Experience in econometric modelling (systems and analysis)
  • Ability to mine large datasets (in SQL / SAS) to draw patterns and to draw insights from multiple complex data sources
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, as well as Shopping behaviour
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills (regression & correlation analysis) and communication skills
  • Innovative, solution-oriented, positive mindset to drive new projects with multiple stakeholders, unclear requirements, and incomplete data
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or similar
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Travel up to 10%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
