For the next possible start date we are looking for a:

Commercial Operations Lead
(Full time, 38,5 hrs./week)

Your responsibilities:

  • Selling Excellence and Key Account Management expert to drive customer centric engagements and implementation of new tools and platforms across our Therapy Areas
  • Coordinate & oversight of Sales Force Incentive Schemes
  • Optimise use of CRM data and tools for sales force effectiveness
  • Multichannel Marketing & Digital Lead to enhance quality and effectiveness of our digital activities and drive training and sharing of best practices.
  • Commercial lead for Classic & Established portfolio and third-party promotional agreements
  • Telemedicine champion

Your Profil:

  • University Degree (Business, Science, Medical)
  • 3 years sales and/or Key Account Management experience
  • sales training and coaching experience would be a plus
  • Marketing experience would be a plus
  • Effective Team management and engagement
  • Proven track-record in effective multi-channel customer engagement and communication
  • basic ADP knowledge
  • Analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive sales performance
  • IT knowledge and comfortable with digital systems and processes

Market-compliant annual gross salary from EUR 77,000 with corresponding overpayment, depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
