Job description

During an individual training phase we will support preparing you for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for transistor level design of new circuits in advanced CMOS technologies with the latest generation of design tools like Spectre, Verilog-A and Fast MOS Simulators
• Closely cooperate with physical d esign engineers, chip architects, wafer technology engineers, test engineers and application engineering
• Share knowledge with other analog/digital design experts at Infineon, mentor junior designers and students

Profile

You are a team player motivated by striving for ambitious goals and committed to top quality product development.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
• 1+ years of working experience in Analog/Mixed Signal Design
• Experience in the development of frequency synthesis circuits like PLLs and/or DLLs
• Experience in System-Verilog behavioral modelling
• Experience in MATLAB as a plus
• Fluent English language skills and German skills as a plus

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F-G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
