This role will make you the link between the business departments, customers and IT. Being responsible for product and process requirements in the in-house developed ​​enterprise applications, you will have to challenge both functional requirement and non-functional requirements in the area of compliance, security, availability and UX design.

What else will you cover?

  • Challenge the requirements in terms of profitability, urgency and operability
  • Create test scenarios, monitor testing and react on findings, as well as contribute during software rollouts
  • Document business requirements, transform them into technical specification and create user stories
  • Bring forward your own ideas, create concepts and present them to business and IT departments
  • Handle communication with stakeholders: make sure that data is analyzed, summarized and routed to the proper parties in a timely manner

The monthly salary starts from 3500 EUR gross. The final compensation may be well above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.

Here's what you'll need

  • We already know that your university degree is not the most relevant aspect, however, at least 3 years of professional experience as an IT business analyst or requirements analyst in software development, are.
  • BI/DWH' processes and tools knowledge.
  • Your strong business acumen and the capacity to understand how data can influence the organization's decisions and goals is even more relevant than your technical skills.
  • Stakeholders can be difficult sometimes: that's why we are counting on your capacity to actively listen in order to clearly understand problems; and on your excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Located in Fischamend/ Vienna/ Bratislava or in the surroundings? The location is not that important, as long as you have a good knowledge of English.
