As Senior Legal Counsel you'll provide professional and timely strategic legal advice and proactive solutions within your area of responsibility in Europe.

Additionally, you'll ensure the efficient and effective management of legal risks associated with the Red Bull beverage business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

LEGAL CONSULTING

In this exciting role you'll provide proactive and strategic guidance to the Red Bull Beverage business regarding legal risks and commercial activities.

Moreover, you're responsible for rendering legal advice to different Headquarter departments e.g. Data Privacy, Compliance & Legal IT, Intellectual Property, Regulatory & Governmental Affairs, Corporate Projects.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & NEGOTIATION

Your area of responsibility includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts in all areas of the Red Bull Beverage business.

We also trust you with the handling of important litigation and settlements.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - STRATEGIC & INTERNATIONAL

We also trust you with supervising and implementing diverse strategic and international legal projects (e.g. framework agreements, global consumer activations, online marketing activities, standard contracts).

COUNTRY SUPPORT

You'll manage legal issues and provide updates on substantial legal matters in the region. As Senior Legal Counsel you'll also advise the Red Bull Beverage business in Europe (with strong focus on the DACH-area).

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in-house experience
  • Background in FMCG industry and/or international experience
  • Successful track in working with international stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in general civil, commercial and contracting law
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, proactive working style
  • Self-starter with an ability to manage multiple projects in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset
  • Professional communication skills with intercultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Law degree, ideally a post-graduate degree, bar exam
  • Excellent English & German skills
  • Travel up to: 10%
