You will be working in a casual friendly environment on a range of diversified projects. Our fast growing company needs a reliable, well organised Office Manager to help with the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the office; liaising with public administration, managing orders, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Planning and coordinating events such as business trips or social gatherings
- Overseeing the facilities; managing the office space, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable work environment
- Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and liaising with the finance department
- Sending and managing email communications related to account receivables
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave, and addressing basic HR inquiries
Desired Requirements:
- Friendly, polite, open-minded attitude
- At least 3 years of previous experience as an office manager is highly preferred, or you have worked in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
- Previous experience in personnel accounting would be an advantage
- Great organisational and time management skills, with an eagle eye for details
- German (native) and English (fluent) and excellent writing skills
- High level of responsibility and independence, attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactively finding opportunities for improvements
- Be familiar with MS Office and Google Workspace

Salary
The salary is 2,150 € gross per month (on a 25-hour basis), but over payments can be made depending on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
