We are looking for a forward-thinking and technically fluent Business Analyst. This role is essential in bridging the gap between trading operations and technology, ensuring that regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded into scalable, efficient, and future-ready trading solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and proven executor with a passion for driving change and innovation in financial markets.
Your Responsibilites
- Analyze and document end-to-end securities trading processes, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across front, middle, and back-office operations.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating operational and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications for trading platforms and systems.
- Identify trading process pain points and develop strategic, data-driven solutions to enhance trading efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Work with low-code platforms like Microsoft Power PlatformTroubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in business analysis within financial service.
- Ability to break down complex trading business and technical challenges into manageable components.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps for business application development.
- Understanding of AI technologies, including autonomous agents and Copilot/Github.
- Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
- Flexible and resilientStakeholder Management (cross department and cross country).
- Strong project management and execution skills.

For this position, the collective agreement stipulates a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 47.255,60 on a full-time basis. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
