As a Logistics Optimization Specialist, you'll lead and support strategic logistics initiatives that enhance global distribution networks, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams and international subsidiaries, you'll identify improvement opportunities, implement innovative logistics solutions, and contribute to Red Bull's continued operational excellence.
In this role, you'll lead and support strategic logistics optimization projects from concept through implementation and post-project evaluation. You'll define project objectives, develop business cases, manage timelines and resources, and ensure alignment with global logistics and business strategies. Additionally, you'll coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the Global Logistics department.
You'll analyze and continuously improve Red Bull's global logistics network by identifying optimization opportunities, mitigating risks, and implementing efficient distribution concepts. You'll evaluate alternative logistics scenarios, balancing cost, service, resilience, and sustainability while supporting the evolution of our global supply chain.
You'll define and maintain logistics KPIs, develop reporting frameworks, and collaborate with IT and Global Data teams to enhance dashboards and analytics tools. By translating complex datasets into actionable insights, you'll enable informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement across the Logistics organization.
Working closely with Red Bull subsidiaries, internal and external stakeholders, you'll support the review and optimization of local logistics setups, processes, and performance. You'll build strong partnerships across Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Customs, Quality, IT, and external logistics partners to drive standardized, scalable logistics solutions worldwide.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
