Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d)

This is what you will do:

  • Management of employee-related data throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Taking on administrative and organizational tasks such as creating various documents and references
  • Competent first point of contact for employees on personnel administration and labor law issues
  • Preparing payroll for external payroll accounting
  • Supporting new employees in obtaining work permits and when they are sent on assignments
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in day-to-day business incl. preparation of reporting
  • Implementing strategic projects and optimization processes

You should have the following experience and knowledge:

  • Completed degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of Austrian labor law and practical experience is a must
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Organizational skills, accurate and independent working style, and a strong service mindset
  • Enjoying developing processes and people
  • Proactive and communicative personality with a team player mentality

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 60.000, - EUR, depending on your experience.
