Your Team
We're seeking a hands-on senior Test Manager to join an agile organization in IT B2B domain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality, automation, and is actively shaping how products are tested and released.
You'll be embedded in a Tribe, working closely with product owners, architects/designers and developers to ensure robust, scalable, and customer-centric software solutions. You'll play a key role in embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle, starting from planning through to delivery--with a focus on proactive testing, automation, and continuous feedback.

• Create, maintain, and execute test master plan for all test levels (including test strategy and automation)
• Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements, business objectives, clarify acceptance criteria, and define test coverage
• Identify, log and verify defects and drive them to resolution in collaboration with testers and developers
• Identify risks and problems during testing and derive solutions.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated tests are integrated and continuously executed
• Help ensure that releases meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
• Provide clear and structured test documentation and communicate test results and insights effectively
• Do you have a strong QA technical expertise (min. 5 years) and are you proficient working with testautomation tools & frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured)?

Are you experienced in testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications (preferably with AWS) as well as working with CI/CD pipeline and in agile delivery model?

• Do you combine strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management to align testing efforts with business objectives?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4.046,28 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
