Become part of our energetic Industrial Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team and get practical experience in a vibrant, international technology setting. As a MarCom Junior, you'll assist with marketing efforts such as webinars, creating digital content, and organizing events. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, communicates well, pays attention to details, and is passionate about developing creative content and executing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing:
  • Drive the marketing communication plan for selected product ranges
  • Partner with subject matter experts to generate content and messaging
  • Manage and drive customer-focused promotional programs and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Help execute global product launches in alignment with the mass market team
  • Collaborate closely with an internal creative team and global agencies to develop key marketing collateral, videos, social media content, and other marketing assets
  • Webinar Execution & Promotion:
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and promotion of webinars
  • Coordinate with speakers and internal teams to gather content and logistics
  • Support post-event follow-up including content edits, performance tracking, and summaries
  • Event Management:
  • Work together with the event management team to help coordinate logistics for industry events and NXP-owned events
  • Organize promotional assets, event briefs, and booth materials
  • Support tracking of deadlines, shipments, and post-event recaps

You'll Thrive If You:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field--or bring equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Embrace technical topics with curiosity and a drive to learn (no technical background required)
  • Thrive on organizing projects and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Naturally navigate tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and basic web CMS platforms
  • Bring a passion for learning and collaborating with global teams
