Senior manager manufacturing processes

Your tasks

defining corporate standards and best practices for manufacturing processes & guaranteeing knowledge sharing
optimizing operational performance of delfort's production lines in cooperation with OPCO (operating company) management related to production efficiencies, production costs and quality
defining and securing the implementation of corporate reporting standards in operations
building a bridge between production and maintenance on headquarter and OPCO level
M&A projects: evaluation of operational performance and operations organization of acquisition target; support integration of acquired companies
special projects in the area of innovation, investments, reporting and work safety.

Your experience

10+ years experience in production in paper industry
10+ years experience in project management
university degree (preferably technical) or equivalent
high proficiency in English, German is an advantage
comfortable in matrix organizations, able to navigate the dynamics between headquarter and operating companies
networker with a communicative personality combined with strong cooperation and coordination skills
proactive and result driven mindset, hands-on mentality
willingness to travel up to 50 %.

This position comes with a minimum salary accordingly to Austrian collective bargaining agreement of gross EUR 4.549,14 per month. We offer overpayment and an attractive benefits package based on experience.
