• An attractive compensation package including base pay, starting at EUR 3,580. --gross per month (paid 14times, i.e., EUR 50,120. - gross p.a.), plus an overtime lump sum, and 5 days off additionally will be decided together with you upon your experience and qualification

How you spend your day with us:

• Develop and implement the company's content strategy across all platforms
• Copy writing and production of digital and offline content, like press releases, blog articles, SM posts, brochures, eBooks, web pages, emails, videos and other marketing assets, like competitive battlecards and other product marketing related material
• Translate Sales and Product Marketing insights into engaging content tailored to specific audiences and stages of the customer journey
• Develop our blogging strategy and manage related implementation to expand our readership and increase readers' engagement
• Lead the global PR strategy and coordinate activities with Regional Marketing Managers to secure high-level media placements and coverage
• Monitor, analyze and communicate global PR results on a regular basis
• Cooperate with the HR team on internal and external communication initiatives, e.g. the company website, video storyboards etc.
• Support website content updates (TYPO3, WordPress)
• Assist the Marketing Director in Marketing Budget Planning & Reporting.

What you bring in:

• 3+ years of experience in content production or communications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• Your demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality content on complex subjects
• Your exceptional storytelling and research skills
• Your good understanding of SEO principles
• Your familiarity with content management systems, ideally TYPO3 and WordPress
• Competent in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency in German and English is required; fluency in additional languages is beneficial
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills and with experience in collaborating across functions and levels, including with product and sales teams, both regionally and globally.
