As a Web Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing website data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of digital initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to improving user experiences, and driving business growth.

YOUR TASKS

  • Implement Adobe Analytics, be the driving force of the company-wide tracking.
  • Develop clear and concise dashboards to creatively visualize KPIs and performance metrics (Adobe analytics, Tableau).
  • Be the owner of a new marketing attribution model, measure the impact of marketing efforts and making them more tangible, ROAS, ROI of brand activities.
  • Engage in proactive dialogue with business partners, to understand and impact their roadmaps and priorities effectively.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc, to provide data-driven insights for day-to-day decision making.
  • Lead the implementation of the Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Close cooperation with the Data Engineering team to ensure a solid data collection (CDP) into the internal DWH (Single Source of Truth).

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a quantitative focus, computer science, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment
  • Curious individual with a passion for web analytics, data mining and a keen interest in data visualization
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
  • Proven skills in Adobe Analytics, Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI), preferably using SQL and Tableau
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and French is an asset
