Marketing Automation Manager

Your Tasks

• Support the countries in using and adopting centrally provided marketing automation processes
• Support and collaborate with stake holders, conducting trainings and workshops on how to set up, improve and execute campaigns of different complexity
• Close cooperation with platform business and product owners
• Providing valuable feedback and strategic guidance on developments and stakeholder requests
• Build, manage, and continually improve email marketing campaigns with varying complexities and sizes to nurture our subscribers and convert them into paying customers
• Review analytics to extract insights about campaign performance and recommend improvements regularly, both on a country and group-wide level
• Report to key stakeholders regularly about the groups' performance
• Stay updated on the latest trends, strategies, and marketing best practices to create data-driven campaigns for overall sales growth

Your Profile

• Marketing automation experience in B2B or B2C
• Strong proficiency in using automation tools like SAP CDP, Marketo, HubSpot
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Emarsys or Marketing Cloud
• Solid analytical skills with experience in Adobe and/or Google analytics
• Professional at using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with email marketing CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA rules.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English
• Adaptability to the ever-changing marketing industry and flexibility to prioritize work across multiple projects
• A growth mindset and courage to test new strategies

Our Offer
