Your role
- Independent problem solving
- 2nd and 3rd level IT support
- Reproduction, analysis and documentation of support cases
- Participation in the design of the IT infrastructure
- Independent execution of IT projects
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed IT training, e.g. HTL or studies
- 5+ years experience in a similar position
- Very good Microsoft knowledge, as well as knowledge of Windows server administration, Linux and scripting (e.g.: MS PowerShell, bash etc.)
- First experience in technical documentation an advantage
- Ability to organise oneself, reliability and commitment as well as a high affinity for IT
- Very good English and good German skills, both written and spoken
