Exciting projects are on the horizon in the Digital Sales Operations area. Improvements in the sales process are required in the Sales Cloud. You have already coordinated the relevant requirements with the various departments, and are now working on their implementation at a technical level. Another topic that is keeping you busy today is the validation of the interfaces of our new ERP system Infor. You will make the necessary adjustments to the API and document them. In the afternoon, you'll be on the phone with a colleague from the U.S. to discuss the mapping of the local branch's repair process in Salesforce. You will then create new rules and authorizations for this, import additional data into the system and check it for duplicates. As the central contact person for all Salesforce users worldwide, you will also help a colleague with a technical question in between. You are used to working across clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Knowledge Base and motivated to develop and support sales processes and projects via Salesforce? Then we are looking forward to your application!
