YOUR PROFILE

• First experiences in marketing/ hotel/ event management
• Relevant professional experience in back office management and hospitality management is an advantage
• You are keen on connecting people and creating communities
• You are customer service oriented
• You have first experiences in working with social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English and German are required
• High level of motivation and self-organisation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are the representative of the mycowork Welcome Desk which includes welcoming guests, handling Q&As, solving simple tenant related issues and the assistance of the Community Manager, Asset Manager and Leasing Manager
• Assisting the Community Manager by promoting activities, organizing events, uploading content through website, social media and our myhive App
• mycowork back office management on a daily basis: management of documents and correspondence flow, provide office supply for our Co-Workers
• Hosting guests in myconference and taking care of prospective tenants for mycowork by explaining the myhive products and inviting them to viewings
• Communicating with customers and tenants in order to help the community grow within mycowork
• Handle reservations and prolongations for our products myoffice, myroom, mydesk, meetings, fitness rooms and other facilities offered in the property
• Assisting with the supervision of our data in the myhive APP regarding tenants' contracts and additional services
• Preparation of reports together with Asset and Leasing Management

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of 2.400 EUR gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
