Head Of Design (m/w/d)

Mubea Carbo Tech, part of the Mubea group, is a high innovative company in the automotive supply industry with over 1.450 employees on 3 locations. We are specialized in the design, developement and manufacturing of composite-components specifically in the areas of automotive series, motorsport and industry. Being a lightweight construction specialist, we are one of the world's leading manufactures with a strong emphasis on innovation and technology development.

We would like to enhance our team in Zebrak, Czech Republic at the next possible date.

Your tasks:

• Leading and developing of the departement (3 - 6 employees)
• Construction of implements and devices
• Reconstruction and optimization of machines
• Support of technical and operational departments
• Active support of operative departements
• Preparation of production documents for 3D models

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical apprenticeship (f. e. mechanical engineering)
• Serveral years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience in the automotive industry and composite sector is of advantage
• Stress resistance, communicative abilities, analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
• Solid CAD-knowledge and basic knowledge of robotics (ABB or Yaskawa)
• Knowledge in: hydraulic systems, wheels, circuit diagrams and sensor technology
• Language skills: Czech fluently, good German or English skills
